Digital Products
All products sold on Dardoor.com are digital goods, including downloadable workshop, service, and repair manuals delivered electronically after purchase.
By placing an order on Dardoor.com, you acknowledge and agree that digital products are considered delivered once access is granted, whether by direct download, email delivery, shared folder, or any other alternative digital delivery method.
No Refund After Access or Download
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a manual has been accessed, opened, downloaded, or otherwise delivered electronically.
A refund will not be issued if our system shows that the purchased manual has been accessed or downloaded in full or in part. This includes access through any delivery method, including but not limited to:
- Direct website download
- Email delivery
- Private shared folder access
- Any other alternative digital delivery arrangement
System records, download logs, access logs, timestamps, and related technical records maintained by Dardoor.com shall be treated as final and conclusive evidence of delivery and access.
Limited Refund Eligibility
A refund request may only be considered if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- Our system confirms that the manual has not been accessed, opened, or downloaded
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
- You clearly confirm that you do not wish to receive the manual through any alternative digital delivery method
- No access attempt, download attempt, or file request has been made after purchase
Even where these conditions are met, any refund remains subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Dardoor.com.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will be refused in any of the following situations:
- The manual has already been accessed or downloaded
- Multiple download attempts or delivery attempts are recorded
- The request is based on a change of mind after purchase
- The request claims the product is “not acceptable,” “not what I expected,” or similar, where the product description was available before purchase
- The customer failed to review the product details before ordering
- The customer did not contact support before disputing the transaction
- The issue relates to device compatibility, software setup, or user-side technical limitations not caused by Dardoor.com
- The customer has already received the file through any digital delivery method
This policy exists because digital manuals cannot be returned once delivered, and Dardoor.com must protect itself from unfair use, including cases where a product is downloaded and then a refund is requested afterward.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By purchasing from Dardoor.com, you agree that filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving, accessing, or downloading a digital product may be treated as misuse of the payment system and a violation of this policy.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, Dardoor.com reserves the right to submit evidence including but not limited to:
- Download logs
- Access timestamps
- IP address records
- Email delivery confirmations
- Shared folder access records
- Customer communication history
Dardoor.com also reserves the right to suspend service, deny future purchases, restrict access to previously delivered products, and contest any disputed transaction where evidence shows that delivery or access took place.
Customer Responsibility Before Purchase
Before placing an order, it is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the product page and confirm that the manual matches their vehicle, model year, and requirements.

- Sample pages for selected manuals

Delivery & Technical Support
If you have trouble receiving or opening your manual, Dardoor.com will make reasonable efforts to help by offering technical assistance or alternative digital delivery options.
However, delivery issues, access issues, inbox issues, spam filtering, device limitations, or customer-side technical problems do not create an automatic right to a refund where the product has already been delivered or made available.
Membership Upgrade Option
If you have already purchased one or more manuals and later decide that a membership would be more suitable, you may contact Dardoor.com to request an upgrade.
Where approved, we may allow an upgrade by applying the value of your previous purchase toward the membership price. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and remain at the sole discretion of Dardoor.com.
Policy Acceptance
By purchasing any product from Dardoor.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Digital Product Policy.
You also agree that once a digital manual has been delivered, accessed, opened, or downloaded, you waive any claim to a refund except where required by applicable law.
